These terms apply to your use of the Kinnavo app. By downloading or using Kinnavo, you agree to them. Please read them — they’re short.
The app
Kinnavo is an iOS app that helps you organize your contacts into lists and context. It works alongside Apple Contacts and does not replace it. Your contacts remain in Apple Contacts at all times, and Kinnavo never moves or deletes them.
Use of the app
Kinnavo is provided for your own use — personal or for your work. You agree not to misuse the app — for example, by attempting to copy, reverse-engineer, or resell it, or by using it to break any law.
Active
Kinnavo is free to use. Additional features are available through Active, a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It includes the features described in the app at the time of purchase. We make no promise of future features or additions.
14-day Trial
14-day Trial is a free, one-time offer that opens the features of Active for 14 days. When it ends, those features close again. The trial does not turn into a paid purchase, and nothing is charged automatically.
Purchases and refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its App Store policies; to request one, please contact Apple.
You can restore previous purchases from Settings → Purchases in the app.
If a purchase is refunded, its features may no longer be available.
Your data
How your data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
Apple services
Kinnavo relies on Apple services — including Apple Contacts, iCloud, CloudKit, and the App Store — to function. Your use of those services is governed by Apple’s own terms. We are not responsible for Apple’s services or for any changes Apple makes to them.
No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, Kinnavo is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to make it reliable and useful, but we can’t guarantee it will be free of errors or work without interruption.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
Kinnavo is not a backup of your contacts; you remain responsible for keeping your own data backed up through Apple.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll update this page and revise the date above.
